Knocks on the door.

I've almost been away for the whole day. I came home earlier this day at lunch and quickly finished my header and design of my blog for the month of February. What do you think?

I admit I do love the whole eye thing, but not so with my mouth thing.
Here are some pictures of yesterday's parade (Naga Sinulog) and last night's watching over my mom:
Was alone and got a little bored watching the parade by myself.

At the hospital with my sister, Hannah.

Hannah and her boyfriend, Christian.

Weird.

Weirder.

Weirdest.

My aunt and my mom.

My three cousins, ate Millet, ate Tiny and Vincent.

My mom many hours before the operation.

At 12, I couldn't sleep. So I grabbed my mom's book of crosswords. After that I continued reading The Poe Shadow by Matthew Pearl.

Kervey.

My mom. ♥

Five o'clock in the morning. I gave up sleeping because too many nurses came in during the night, and even the lightest knock on the door wakes me up.

So, my mom had her operation at about 7:30 am. She came back to her room at 2:00 pm. She was still weak, and is now recovering. I'm just glad it went great. We didn't have classes today because of the family day yesterday (and also the claiming of your grades and characteristics), so I spent my whole day there with my mom (except from when they took her to the operation room and when I went home at twelve, I came back at two o'clock). I just came home when I created this post. I've been really internet and computer free these past hours, and I feel like I don't have enough energy for nothing. I didn't sleep well. Oh well, I'm just glad I'm at home now, where I can finally lay back and breathe.

What've you done today?

The watchers.

I'm currently at the hospital while using my sister's laptop. I've been trying to edit my pictures using pixlr, but it's nothing like Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Elements. I pretty much gave up editing after some tries. I was getting really bored... but then I noticed the webcam this laptop had and started to take pictures! :3

Me and Kervey's watching over my mom tonight. I didn't know it was January 31st tomorrow, so I believed tomorrow was the 1st day of February. Oh well, here are two out of many photos from today's pictorial.

None of them are edited.

What do you think of the photos?

Spend the night.

Tonight, I'll be spending the night at the hospital. My mom's gonna take the surgery tomorrow morning at 7:30, and I want to be there before it happens. They already have internet on the laptop there, so I'll be fine. Also, Kervey will be spending the night there as well, so it'll be okay when they take my mom to the operation room. At least I won't be alone. But it must feel scary to experience surgery... for the first time. I'll be bringing with me my USB, my headset (so I can listen to music without disturbing anyone), my book (The Poe Shadow) and other stuffs. I just hope my mom will be okay and nothing wrong will happen.

So for the past few hours I've been to school and claimed my grades. Six of my grades (from the subjects Christian Living, MAPEH, Computer & TLE, EP, and English) increased, three (Filipino, Mathematics, Chemistry) decreased and three (Deportment, Speech, History/AP) stayed the same. I can live with that. Since I got all Cs on my deportment (Character education, good manners and right conduct/performance and demonstration of attitudes, habits and skills) second grading, I've got all B-s on the third grading. This means I've done better. Oh well, at least. Before we even went to school, we gave my mom a quick visit. Then we went to my school, and ate lunch at Jollibee. We went back to the hospital and back home, where I am now (as I WAS writing this post).

Some pictures of earlier this day:
At Jollibee. It was sooo noisy.

:3

As a cat, he does attack mice. But I'm not sure if this kind of mouse is as tasty and 'fun'.

So, it's Sinulog here in Naga. The parade's passing by right now, but I don't feel like going and watching it. We'll be having pictorials soon. I have to make a new header for this blog for the month of February. :3

What are you up to?

Hospital days.

I got up today, as usual, with Twinkle Toes jumping around, pouncing and biting my fingers and my face. I have small little wounds on my hands now, they don't look as pretty as they did (haha). Oh well, it still has to heal. My dad told us that we would go visit my mom around 12 (noon), so I still got time to take a shower. I showered, put on my clothes, and then we went off to the hospital. Although I wasn't completely ready, I had to bring with me my comb and brush my hair that was so tangled that it could take an hour to make it straight! So I came to the hospital with my hair still wet and water was dripping from its tips. My hair's really weak and when I run my comb down my wet hair fast enough I already see two to five hair strands tied loosely to it. It's like I have cancer or something, but I don't. I believe this happens because I've straightened my hair three times already and sometimes I straighten it with a chi flat iron, so my hair's pretty much damaged in a way. Anyway, we walked in to my mom's room (301) and started small talking with her. We started to watch Disaster Movie on my sister's laptop (which is used mostly by mom). We didn't finish it because Amille was in Gaisano Tabunok already (a mall), so we hurriedly went there too. After buying some stuffs and a gift for my mom (a fake Burberry bag for P600), we went back to the hospital. Amille was with us, so we came back in room 301 with one of my maids and my cousin, Vincent (they younger brother of Kervey).

Here are some pictures of today:
Only picture I took when I was at the hospital with my mom earlier this noon.

Amille.

Hannah.

Eating in Greenwich.

Waiting for the food.

Since my sister's that kind of girl who I think loves shoes and bags, she couldn't take her eyes off a pair of black shoes. She bought them for the use of school shoes.

Then she paid for them.

On the way back to the hospital.

One of our maids went home (with my sister and my dad) and L.A (younger sister of Kervey) came.

Multitasking? xD

(Me and Vincent.) We started to get bored while my mom was sleeping. So we headed out and took a tour inside the hospital!

Then Vincent told me about this tree that would not be cut down. It was said that some spirit lives there and whoever is responsible of  cutting that tree would die. I don't know if that's true, but look at the brick fence, it traces the tree's placement.

Me and Vincent again.

And again.

Walking around.

Peeking out the window from the third floor.

The view.

Another view.

Peeking out the windows as well.

Then we went to the fourth floor where no one was there. No occupied rooms, no nurses in that station you can see in the picture, and absolutely no light on in the hallways.

Then we went up the stairs and started to think that this was looking creepy. I believe this was leading to the rooftop.

Amille dared to take pictures in there... but for some reason I feel like someone's going to come out of that hole in the wall.

I forgot what floor this was, but this was where the public rooms (for those not financially secured enough) for kids were.

Having fun on the bridge.

Going dowwwwn.

Pausing for a bit.

Picture taking.

Surprise! I'm amazed how she got the time to even smile.

L.A and Amille.

Windows again (but now at the back).

Posing.

Random.

Smiling.

Can you see what's wrong with this picture?

Texting.

Then we went back to room 301 and we found... KERVEY!

We went back down to the second floor and bought ourselves drinks.

We were curious.

Sadly they didn't have sodas, only iced teas, cold chocolate milk and lattes.

:D

Processing...

On the way back we found wheelchairs. And that's Grandma Amille.

Then my mom started to get many visitors.

We went outside and stood by just outside room 301.

Started to sit and climb over that little fence.

Then this weird man knocked on the unoccupied room (I guess, since there was no name on the door), stood there holding the door knob for awhile, and walked away.

I was becoming a daredevil for some seconds until we got scolded by a nurse saying, "Don't go over that fence."

Kerveyyy.

They started listening to music which I couldn't relate to so much...

L.A ♥

Vincent seeing the guard approaching us. He told us to "go outside because the patient at room 301 is having too many visitors." So we did go outside and sat on the benches while looking at the cars passing by.
We started buying ice creams and Piattos (a popular junk food).

The ice cream container is cute.

And only Kervey had ube flavor, and the rest had chocolate.

We went back in to my mom's room and I got the DVDs my sister brought with her. We were supposed to watch movies, but then we didn't because of the visitors. We were then going home with L.A, Amille and Hannah, to watch the movies at home. Kervey stayed because he was going to spend the night. We started watching The Last Exorcism and Mirror 2. I kept on laughing because whenever something scary would happen while watching The Last Exorcism, the three of them (L.A, Amille and Hannah) would scream in chorus. I would only get a little scared and skip a beat, for I can never really scream like that when I get scared (I become speechless). I must say the movies weren't so scary that I will not be able to sleep when I go to bed, it just started to seem like that anywhere, anytime, nothing would seem to be safe. What if a demon started to pop out from nowhere and anyone would get possessed? I don't really mean I do believe in that stuff, you just really never know. But as I thought about this, I started to realize that there was only one guy that could make me feel safer than ever, and you know it is you, my knight. ;)

Some pictures from the movie watching:
L.A and Hannah.

Amille and L.A.

COOKIES AND CREAM ICE CREAM!

Mr. Chips with mayonnaise.

Me with drama.

Getting scared.

Is scared.

I even took a video of how concentrated (but scared) they were:

Haha, well, The Last Exorcism was short. I thought it would be longer. The ending was weird, I thought it would end in a good way... but it didn't. Mirror 2 was better, for me. It really had a story and it was clear. I didn't so really understand The Last Exorcism though, but... it was a little scary too. xD

I then went in to my room, after L.A and Amille had gone home, and started to make this post. My dad came in and said, "It's a little heavy to deal with the fact that I have to sleep without your mom." This made me realize, love really is an amazing thing between two people. I find absolutely no disgust in that, for that is, just the way it should be, and I am happy my parents love each other truly.

Have you seen those two movies?
