The Arien and the Arian.

Basically, I've decided to change the spelling of the way you call a person whose zodiac sign is Aries. For two months, I've had my blog under the name of "The Arien", but just yesterday, I changed it to "The Arian" for it seemed to be the "most correct" spelling of it. I mean, I like the Arien, but Arian seems to be cuter, somehow.

Anyway, it has been a full day, it's already 8:42 pm, and there have been aftershocks again and again. Of course, I'm not quite sure if there will be any bigger earthquakes (of course, who does know?), but until now there have just been small shakings. I'm currently having this tiny head ache, and it's sort of warm here. I have my bedroom door WIDE open, so that whenever it shakes again, I can run right out without doubts. I mean just some steps away, then I'm in an open space without any obstacles. Well, let's just hope the ground won't crack under my feet.

Ugh, what a weird feeling though. I sit here, in front of my computer, talking to some of my friends about the earthquake earlier, and then it starts shaking. The only way I will know that it is really shaking, is by looking at my fluorescent lamp which shakes. I hope there's no more aftershocks coming, because I really want to go to school tomorrow, honestly speaking. I don't want to stay at home during weekdays. :/

It's the only thing I look at first to see if it's really shaking. Damn.

Anyway, last Saturday, during the NAT review, I took a video of Lyka, and she took a video of me. I don't know, I just thought it looked pretty silly. Have a look if you want. :)

My identity on a shirt.

Sometime ago, I just came home from Roxanne's, because I got a t-shirt printed by her. I had always planned to get my logo on a shirt, but then she let me know that she had started to print shirts. I am sure you remember the mug I bought from her? Yeah, now she prints shirts too! She does other things like personalized tumblers, key chains, phone accessories, and mugs. It's pretty fun actually, since she lives pretty near by. :3

Header of January.

So once again I've changed the header and design of my blog. Since it's all focusing on an Arien's many ways, I decided to do the header and the design in its colors: Black, white and red (that's what I've read). Sure, now in a way it looks very vampire inspired, but I didn't expect it to look that "vampiric". But oh well, I'm still content with it. The picture I'm using for my header was captured using my Samsung PL101 digital camera. I have absolutely forgotten how amazing the quality is when you picture something very close and you focus perfectly. Sure, my eyes look dreamy even without all the edit!

Well, okay. I honestly cheated a little. See that pimple under my nose? I completely edited that away. But hey, it's a pimple, it's going to vanish anyway. So yeah, that's about it. I wanted my hand to be clear in the picture, that's why it's lying sideways. Hey, look, I'm wearing a fucking ring plus it's making my hand look cute. :3

Jule Brød.

If there's one thing I've been up to today, then it's baking. Well, I actually decided to help my mom and my sister bake Jule Brød (Norwegian), or which in English is Christmas Bread. They're actually small anything shaped cookies. I remember making them when I and my sister were kids, and we'd make them with mom. That was before Christmas eve, now we are making them before New Year's Eve. Hah, oh well. :))

After we made dozens of cookies, I headed to my room. I saw that Kerrvy was online so I talked to her, and we started discussing about our project in TLE. Well, I haven't started yet because I don't know which types of menu I should make because I didn't copy the given types, so I've messed it a little bit up there. But, I don't care if I have to go the extra mile and make all of the types. Well, it's not that hard I suppose. There are seven types so far. So yeah, at least I've got something to keep me busy.

And yesterday, I didn't get to publish a post about my day. Anyway, I decided to cut out my Aries symbol and put it on my wall. I plan to paste a lot of things on my wall. I know my mom will yell at me for doing this, but it's my wall and I don't care what she says. Sounds harsh, but come on, a little art can't be bad.

The Arien of the Blog World.

Well, I know there are so many people with the sign Aries in the whole blog world, but I'm actually using it's name for me. Not that it's supposed to make me a top blogger or anything. Hey, be creative, right? I've actually had this crazy thought about making a symbol for myself. A lot of things went running through my head. I came across some thoughts about my zodiac sign, so I researched about Aries and got inspired. That's where I made up my symbol, plus it has three different symbols in one symbol.

So you've got it explained. I told you. There was nothing satanic about this. HAHA

So, I welcome you all to my renamed blog The Arien. It's much shorter too, which is excellent. I decided to experiment with colors for a change. I wanted my blog to look "hot" so I painted it with hot colors, haha. I do hope that this blog year of mine will be a great year. Although I've had some up and downs the last 365 days, I'm still glad you're still here (if you are). Also, I hope you like my header? I must thank my sister for taking the picture. I edited it myself. Damn, it has already been a year. o.o

I did some shading on the picture because I kinda look a little too flat on there. Oh well, as long as it works. Although I have noticed something I haven't been sticking too: Hannah and Kervey's guest posts. You remember I wrote about letting Kervey and Hannah have their time and you'd get to know more about them? Yeah, I totally forgot about that and only ended up publishing one post written by Kervey. How lame. Oh well, Kervey doesn't seem to interest this too well, so I'll only have my sister doing it. Every Friday from now on (which means this coming Friday). She has written one, but I didn't get the chance to publish it yet. I'll do that and force her to write more posts.

And for this one year old blog, I want to thank my sister for being the biggest supporter of all. She reads my blog thoroughly and would point to me my writing mistakes. Also to my fast readers, thank you. I appreciate and love you. ♥
